What does processing mean? Processing is the step in ordering where one of our employees has gone through and "accepted" your order. At this point you are compiled to a list for shipping. In some cases items must be made from scratch. (note- at no point will your order ever change from this to another stage... even years from the point of processing)
An order placed to day still may take time for shipping to occur. Our site claims a3-4 week ship time. That time line is for when it leaves our doors not for when it will be at your step. When inquiring about your order please be sure to include your item number.
How can I be sponsored by Kiaeneto? At this time Kiaeneto is watching and looking players/teams but, at this point that is all that is happening. An announcement will be made when we are scouting for teams.
Can I have my item autographed? To get an autograph you must place a note on your order and even send email to remind us with your order number. This will not always work based on the item you buy (black shirts make it very hard to see a signature). Also, if we are able to get a autograph for you this could add to the shipping timeline due to Walshy's schedule and practice.
Does Kiaeneto ship EVERYWHERE? Yes, we are able to ship around this great globe. The cost may very and the arrival time will take longer depending on the distance from our store.
I ordered the wrong size, how can I replace it? If you wish to get a replacement shirt you can ship the order back with a note inside explaining what action you would like taken with the package and a check to cover the second shipping ($5.99). Please also include your name, address and the previous order number.
